I cant thank Neelam enough, she was our saviour. I had been awake for almost 24 hours when i contacted her after our easyjet flight was cancelled. She was patient, supportive, she listened and rang back when she said she would ring. It was an emotionally charged situation with lots of people in a desperate state with no communication from easyjet at all. Neelam explained everything to us and resolved all of our issues.. booking hotels, booking flights. I really just cant thank her enough, she is a credit to Thomas Cook and i am so very glad she answered the phone. Amazing customer service, faultless. I honestly cannot express in words what her actions meant to us in our time of need. Thank you again Neelam, you will forever be in our thoughts and prayers. X

Booking was quite easy, contacting Thomas Cook was very difficult, had to wait for half an hour for the live chat and could not get through on the phone. The phone lines need to be open for longer to make it easier to get through to speak to somebody

I booked a holiday and had to change it due to personal circumstances. I had over 20 conversations and no one could change it and gave me different excuses each time. Eventually I got through to Liam and it took him less than an hour to change my holiday, continued to communicate with me via email and phone. After a very negative experience I swear I would never book with Thomas cook again but Liam was absolutely fantastic, he is a real asset to their company as he is the only one who actually wanted to help.

She resolved our hotel and flight bookings and rescheduled both whilst being understanding and patient. She sorted all of this with great detail and followed up on previous hotel correspondence. Furthermore, she was able to do this at little additional cost. She has saved our family holiday for years and her involvement in resolving the query will never be forgotten. We are so relieved - thank you.
